David was rude to me on the phone, actually laughing at me. I should have hung up on him then but I had already told AAA to tow my car to his shop. He did well by getting to it quickly but it turned out to be a simple problem that requires no parts and less than 45 minutes of diagnostics. For this he charged me $65. $65 to plug my car to his diagnostic computer seems extravagant. Certified Auto Repair down the road fixed a simple problem like this for me last year and didn't even charge me. I paid them anyway and highly recommend them over J&B Auto.
