Window clerks are nice but carrier never delivered mail 1/2/18. Also more then once have put hold on delivery of mail & it gets delivered any way. Never have had such poor service.
Best service I have ever received. The window clerk at this location might be the nicest person I've ever met.
Update: the People at the Office are very friendly and personable. They helped me with the issue. I had a brand new carrier who was messing up, but it looks like everything has been resolved. Prairie Grove post office folks are great. The 1-877 number is terrible ( 50 min hold ? Forget it ). The local number is correct, just change the 501 to 479.
Terrible! Can't deliver my mail. I get other people's mail all the time. AND it's impossible to get a hold of the carrier on issues.
